18. How are the instalments to be paid?
The instalments can be made by way of Cheque/DD/Online Transfer in the name of ‘Monarch’
19. Can I pay 100% down payment? How do I benefit?
For complete down payment, substantial price benefits can be availed. The validity of offer will depend on stage of project completion.
20. Will there be validity for the price list?
The price list will be subject to change from time to time.
21. What are the additional amounts to be paid at the time of handing over?
A maintenance corpus of Rs.12 per square foot will be collected at the time of handover.
22. What happens if I cancel my booking?
On cancellation at the time of booking, the amount paid on booking is refunded after deducting a nominal 15% amount.
23. When will the Registration take place?
The registration will take place at the time of Handover and payment of all charges towards the new Apartment.
24. Can I sell the property after I make the first payment?
The Apartment can be transferred on payment of a nominal transfer fee of Rs.150 per square feet
25. Are there any hidden charges?
All charges fixed or variable have been mentioned at the time of booking and recorded in the agreement.
26. Have all the approvals been obtained? Is it BDA, BBMP approved?
All the approvals have been obtained. Also the property is within the BBMP limits. Plan sanction & Commencement certificate have already been issued by the BDA.
27. Is the title of the property clear?
Yes, the land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances.
